We are seeking a talented and experienced APAC Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of our sales operations in the Asia-Pacific regions (total 8 markets, excluding Hong Kong) . This role requires exceptional communication skills, strategic planning abilities, and in-depth knowledge of the APAC markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop rheumatology and dermo-cosmetic turnover in the APAC region.
    • Participate in defining and implementing the export strategy
    • Identify high-potential countries and markets, propose development plans, and monitor progress
    • Propose partnerships and three-year business plans for new markets
    • Identify priority markets and evaluate regulatory statutes and potential partners to achieve market share goals.
    • Assist in budgeting and expense control for the entire region, ensuring alignment with projected turnover
    • Provide reliable mid-term sales forecasts (3 years) to support planning and decision-making
  • Maintain and enhance the reputation of the brand and its products at an international level
    • Attend and organize key rheumatological and dermo-cosmetic events to promote products
    • Travel to countries within the region to support and monitor local commercial operations
    • Ensure adherence to quality and corporate social responsibility (CSR) standards, driving continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with distributors and regional/headquarter marketing teams.
    • Monitor price structure and perform price analysis in the region.
    • Analyze distributor orders and stock levels to maintain optimal inventory.
    • Coordinate meetings with distributors' marketing departments and follow up on major projects.
    • Organize and participate in export meetings, both at headquarters and regionally.
    • Relay regulatory changes and product-related issues to relevant departments.
    • Facilitate communication and collaboration between internal departments and distributors.
    • Work closely with customer service to obtain forecasts and track orders.
    • Act as a point of contact between customer service and distributors for order monitoring.

Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of international trade and related mechanisms.
  • Experience in managing commercial networks, including agencies and distributors.
  • In-depth understanding of the APAC region.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in FMCG, beauty/cosmetics, or pharmaceutical industries.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline; Master's degree is a plus.
  • Business fluency in English; knowledge of French or other Asian languages is advantageous.
