Project Manager - Civil Engineering & Repair Construction (Full Time)
Job Purpose:
The Project Manager will oversee construction and renovation projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and quality standards. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills and have extensive project management experience in civil engineering or construction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
• Manage project teams, assigning responsibilities and ensuring staff are well-prepared.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and other project stakeholders to ensure efficient project delivery.
• Monitor project milestones and deliverables, implementing project changes and interventions as necessary.
• Prepare project reports and communicate status updates to senior management.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 15 years of work experience in the construction or civil engineering industry.
• Strong communication and leadership skills
