For our client, a multinational FMCG company, which is setting up a HUB in Poland, we are looking for an experienced person to take the position of:
 
Revenue Growth Manager
Location: Warsaw
Hybrid
 
This role will be will be responsible for the Nordic Countries
 
Duties:
  • Creating holistic value creation strategy for the High Growth Markets – ensuring delivery across all key categories, and connecting to the broader business objectives.
  • Leading on the local HGM markets advancement of RGM capability, process, and technology in partnership with the Category Business Unit.
  • Lead the brand, channel and customer commercial strategy and revenue growth management plans for leading categories.
  • Manage your portfolio performance against KPI’s by customer, channel, and brand, building business cases for support needed to grow Client categories, Company’s sales, profit, and gross margin %
  • Lead our industry leading pricing, promotion, product pack size and investment plans to grow the Company business sustainably whilst driving category sales.
  • Understanding categories, competitor strategy, and consumer buying patterns to project demand/profitability for potential products, key product features/requirements, commercialisation of the plan and delivery of business objectives
  • Partnering with the marketing teams to ensure that customer needs for each targeted segment are incorporated into product design, branding, and marketing approaches.
  • Being a lead partner with the Category Business Unit through the ABC (Annual Business Cycle) on delivery of the 1–3-year business objectives. Working closely with Strategy and Insights to influence requirements for your local market – driving clarity on key help needed to win.
  • Be the local HGM markets commercial lead on innovation projects bringing in the voice of the customer to enable world class execution.
