Currently for one of our Clients, a well-known FMCG Company being a leader in its field we are looking for an experienced Sales/ Key Account Management professional, proficient in English Language, and experienced in developing successful, lasting relationships with international B2B Clients for the position of High Growth Market Sales Distributors Senior Analyst.

Currently for one of our Clients, a well-known FMCG Company being a leader in its field we are looking for an experienced Sales/ Key Account Management professional, proficient in English Language, and experienced in developing successful, lasting relationships with international B2B Clients for the position of High Growth Market Sales Distributors Senior Analyst.
Key responsibilities:
- Face-to-face selling to new channel partners/distributors and cross/up/repeat sales to existing channel partners/distributors.
- Maintaining and expanding existing relationships with organizations distributing products, services and/or solutions.
- Developing and delivering product demonstrations, sales bids and presentations to channel partners/distributors and may also train channel partner/distributor sales personnel in product use and sales techniques.
- Managing the relationship with the channel partners/distributors Incumbents matching to this specialization are compensated based on achievement of sales targets.
- Meets personal sales targets as established, incorporating the full range of products/services within identified markets or geography.
- Accompanies junior sales professionals on calls where appropriate and contributes to training of less experienced sales representatives.
- Provides technical advice to sales group as needed.
- Independently prepares sales presentations, contracts, and proposals to ensure successful outcome of transactions.
- May participate in special projects/programs as assigned, such as training or communications sessions within or outside of the company.
Position requirements:
- 5 Years of sales experience - of which 3 years of sales experience in FMCG environment and most likely also KAM experience
- Full professional proficiency in English Language.
- In-depth knowledge of sales related issues.
- Professional working proficiency in MS Office tools.
- Team-player
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Strong analytical skills and understanding of the business drivers.
- Good understanding of trade marketing, category management principles and preferably brand marketing
