For our client, a multinational FMCG company, which is setting up a HUB in Poland, we are looking for an experienced person to take the position of:

Duties:
- Collaborate with regional brand teams, influencing upstream plans and ensuring fit-for-purpose toolkit delivery for market activation.
- Work collaboratively with Sales teams and customers to maximize the retailer support for our brands, and lead customer-specific marketing.
- Lead the in-store activation and channel execution strategies and activities (PoS & on-shelf visibility plans, quality control, logistics, etc.)
- Coordinate the plans around data collection, analysis, and feedback on the effectiveness of previous activation campaigns.
- Develop the relationships with local marketing agencies (incl. buying media).
- Work with the team to manage the relationships with influencers and execute social media campaigns (moderation)
- Work with Multiple Brands across different categories and channels.
Requirements:
- Strategic mindset with the ability to identify future opportunities and work with broader teams to translate into business growth plans
- Engaging retailers in the vision and plans for company brands is key, so a track record of working with large retailers is important.
- FMCG-specific experience and/or is advantageous but not essential.
- Marketing Experience of leading & developing local campaigns is key together with demonstrated understanding of agency management and leading partnership negotiations.
- Work well as part of an international, multi-functional team, and the ability to manage a team, lead projects and influence at senior levels and can build strong relationships with agency partners.
- Focused on results with the ability to drive change in business practices. General business understanding and financial acumen is also required.
- People management experience helpful
- Strong communications, organization and influencing skills.
- Fluent business English (written and verbal)
