Position: Oversae Sales Manager
Location: Taipei + US
Job Description:
• Cultivate robust partnerships with existing clients, comprehending their business requirements and delivering suitable solutions.
• Monitor clients' usage and performance to ensure optimal utilization of IoT Products' functionality and services, including Surveillance and IoT Cameras.
• Provide high-quality customer service and support by assisting clients in troubleshooting issues and addressing inquiries promptly.
• Conduct periodic business review meetings with clients, assess customer satisfaction levels, and offer recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with factory and CM/OEM/ODM partners to ensure seamless coordination.
• Work closely with internal teams, such as business development, product managers, and technical teams, to ensure successful project delivery that aligns with customer requirements.
• Track and report sales targets regularly, incorporating customer feedback into performance assessments.
• Stay abreast of market trends and competitor activities, offering market insights and formulating relevant sales strategies.
• Gather customer requirements and feedback, providing valuable suggestions for enhancing products and services to internal teams.
• Maintain an up-to-date understanding of industry knowledge, keeping abreast of product services and technical insights.
Requirement:
