A globally operating pharmaceutical company headquartered in Frankfurt am Main is looking for you to strengthen its international team! In this role, you will take on a key position within the Controlling function with a focus on HR-related financial topics, making a significant contribution to the strategic management of the organization.


Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes for a defined area of responsibility on a global level
  • Act as a central point of contact for financial planning and analysis topics, collaborating with internal stakeholders across departments and international locations
  • Prepare financial forecasts and year-end estimates, ensuring transparency and reliability of data
  • Support strategic resource and capacity planning by providing data-driven insights
  • Develop and maintain key performance indicators, management reports, and dashboards to support decision-making processes
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing existing controlling and reporting processes and identifying optimization opportunities
  • Monitor compliance with internal guidelines and contribute to risk assessment activities
  • Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives, providing financial analysis and support for strategic planning


Your profile

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Controlling, or a related field
  • Solid professional experience in controlling, ideally with exposure to HR or workforce-related financial topics in an international environment
  • Strong skills in controlling and reporting tools, along with advanced proficiency in MS Excel; experience with SAP, Workday, or similar systems is a plus
  • Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken
  • Exceptional analytical skills, a structured approach to work, and a strong affinity for numbers
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and cultures
