Job Responsibilities:

Develop and Implement Sales Strategy:

Formulate and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the European market to achieve revenue growth and market share expansion.

Identify new business opportunities and explore emerging markets in Europe, focusing on both direct sales and distributor partnerships.

Manage Key Accounts:

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners in Europe.
-
Develop account plans to ensure customer satisfaction, long-term partnerships, and repeat business.

Sales and Market Development:
-
Actively drive new customer acquisition and revenue generation, ensuring the achievement of sales targets and KPIs.
-
Conduct market research to identify customer needs, competitive trends, and industry developments, adapting sales tactics accordingly.

Organize and lead product presentations, trade show appearances, and business development activities across Europe.

Collaboration with Internal Teams:
-
Work closely with internal teams, including product development, marketing, and operations, to ensure customer requirements are met and to provide input for product enhancement.

Provide feedback from customers and market trends to help guide product development and marketing strategies.

Sales Forecasting and Reporting:

Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management regarding market developments, sales forecasts, and key performance indicators.

Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts for the European region and work with the team to meet set targets.

Team Leadership and Support:

Manage and support the European sales team (if applicable), providing training, guidance, and mentorship to help them achieve sales goals.

Ensure the team is equipped with the necessary tools, resources, and information to succeed.

Job Requirements:
-
Education and Experience:
-
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
-
At least 5-7 years of proven sales experience, with a focus on the European market, ideally in the electronics or technology industry.

Strong understanding of the European business landscape, customer behavior, and market trends.

Language Skills:
-
Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional European languages (e.g., German, French, or Italian) are a plus.

Sales and Relationship Management Skills:

Demonstrated success in developing and executing sales strategies and achieving sales targets in a competitive market.

Strong track record in building and managing long-term customer relationships, especially with key accounts.

Travel Flexibility:

Willingness to travel extensively within Europe (up to 50% of the time) to meet with clients, attend trade shows, and support the sales team.

Strong Negotiation and Communication Skills:

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers and drive business results.
