Job Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and Implement Sales Strategy:

    • Formulate and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the European market to achieve revenue growth and market share expansion.

    • Identify new business opportunities and explore emerging markets in Europe, focusing on both direct sales and distributor partnerships.

  2. Manage Key Accounts:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners in Europe.

    • Develop account plans to ensure customer satisfaction, long-term partnerships, and repeat business.

  3. Sales and Market Development:

    • Actively drive new customer acquisition and revenue generation, ensuring the achievement of sales targets and KPIs.

    • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, competitive trends, and industry developments, adapting sales tactics accordingly.

    • Organize and lead product presentations, trade show appearances, and business development activities across Europe.

  4. Collaboration with Internal Teams:

    • Work closely with internal teams, including product development, marketing, and operations, to ensure customer requirements are met and to provide input for product enhancement.

    • Provide feedback from customers and market trends to help guide product development and marketing strategies.

  5. Sales Forecasting and Reporting:

    • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management regarding market developments, sales forecasts, and key performance indicators.

    • Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts for the European region and work with the team to meet set targets.

  6. Team Leadership and Support:

    • Manage and support the European sales team (if applicable), providing training, guidance, and mentorship to help them achieve sales goals.

    • Ensure the team is equipped with the necessary tools, resources, and information to succeed.


Job Requirements:

  1. Education and Experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

    • At least 5-7 years of proven sales experience, with a focus on the European market, ideally in the electronics or technology industry.

    • Strong understanding of the European business landscape, customer behavior, and market trends.

  2. Language Skills:

    • Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional European languages (e.g., German, French, or Italian) are a plus.

  3. Sales and Relationship Management Skills:

    • Demonstrated success in developing and executing sales strategies and achieving sales targets in a competitive market.

    • Strong track record in building and managing long-term customer relationships, especially with key accounts.

  4. Travel Flexibility:

    • Willingness to travel extensively within Europe (up to 50% of the time) to meet with clients, attend trade shows, and support the sales team.

  5. Strong Negotiation and Communication Skills:

    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers and drive business results.

  6. Self-Motivated and Goal-Oriented:

    • Highly self-motivated with a results-driven approach to achieving business objectives.

    • Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player.
