Our client is a highly successful biotechnology company and a leading global supplier to biopharmaceutical and medical device companies with just under 10,000 employees. 
In order to ensure the strong growth the company has been experiencing for years (double-digit percentage growth in sales and employees), 
we are looking for a Manager of Customer Quality (m/f/d) responsible for a team and managing Key Account companies based / headquartered within the region. 

The position would require a regular presence in the Kassel area and also traveling.

Your responsibilities:
- Manage from a Quality perspective the global relationship with customer (Key Account)
- Act as a Single Point of Contact to the customer for all quality topics
- Act as a close partner to the KAM team for customer quality topics
- Work closely to QA/QC teams and main Site Quality teams to maintain/improve the customer quality experience
- Manages the group of Customer Quality Managers within the region
- Translates the global strategy into clear objectives and goals for Customer Quality Managers
- Oversees and supports development plans for his/her team
- Participates actively in global initiatives in his/her scope in order to ensure successful implementation and development
- Coordinates, addresses internally and follows up all quality related topics issued by the customer: 
- Audit facilitation, CAPA negotiation, quality roadmap, critical and major complaints, quality agreements, product compliance/regulatory support
- Drive the customer communication part in an escalation process for critical complaints

Your profile:
- Bachelor degree in Science, Engineering or Pharmacy or a long-term professional experience in related fields
- multiple years of Industry experience (desired: pharmaceutical, medical device or biotechnology)
- Master in 8D methodology and FMEA / Risk Analysis, with consideration of all compliance aspects 
- Facts and data driven
- Six Sigma Green Belt is wished
- Experience in regulated industries and strong knowledge of Quality Systems practices and related regulations
- Previous experience in customer related processes (mandatory)
- Ability to construct a strong relationship with all relevant stakeholders (internal and external)
- Strong assertiveness and leadership skills
- High personal initiative and strong ability to motivate self and others
- Ability to work with multi-cultural teams
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Fluent in English
