Start-up in Cardiac Monitoring Solutions

Our client is a digital MedTech startup present in France and in the U.S, to help all electrophysiologists transform data burden from cardiac implantable electronic devices (CIED) into a unique opportunity to deliver higher healthcare quality to their patients and save more lives with a universal CIED remote monitoring and research platform enabling Health Professionals to easily perform remote monitoring for all their patients (all device models from all manufacturers).
Your responsibilities:
• Prospect actively german medical centers implanting cardiac implantable electronic devices to develop your own commercial pipeline with the goal to generate qualified commercial leads / remote monitoring physicians
• Organize face to face or remote medical and administration team meetings during which you present the company value proposition and solutions
• Manage your sales process and commercial pipeline in line with the company guidelines
• Source call for tenders and contribute to design the best proposal in collaboration with the Head of Sales
• Feed our product department with top market insights enabling our company to keep our offering ahead of the local competition
• Collaborate with the product department concerning top market insights enabling the company to keep our offering ahead of the local competition
• Represent the company in conferences, symposiums, congresses and exhibitions dedicated to the company's business sector
Requirements for the position:
• Master degree in engineering / medical devices or biomedical engineering
• 5 to 10 years of experience in the German cardiac implantable electronic devices industry in a client facing role, ideally as a Sales Representative or Field Technical Engineer
• You are a commercial hunter and know how to find the right decision-maker among the medical and administrative teams
• You can manage end-to-end long sales cycles (3 to 12 months) with interlocutors ranging from nurses to medical centers C.T.O’s
• fluent in German and English
• You are autonomous, proactive and details-oriented
• You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• You are resilient and you like challenges
• You have the ambition to continuously grow by learning from your colleagues and environment
• You enjoy working in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
