Senior Brand Manager Global - Pharma (m/w/d)


We’re looking for a strategic and execution-strong mind to take on a global commercial leadership role in brand building and launch readiness. You’ll be at the heart of shaping the global brand strategy for pipeline and new products. As Senior Brand Manager Global, you'll be in charge of branding, market shaping, launch planning, and multi-channel strategies – embedded in a cross-functional Global Product Team that spans Marketing, Medical, Market Access, and more.

Your Tasks and Responsibilities

• Create and implement the global brand vision and strategic positioning for upcoming pharmaceutical assets
• Drive the global brand plan in close alignment with GPT colleagues and leadership
• Translate patient insights and market dynamics into impactful brand strategies and tactics
• Shape global marketing campaigns and support digital activations with external agencies
• Partner with Medical Affairs to shape congress presence and medical narratives
• Represent commercial interests in global GPT discussions and lead the commercial subteam
• Keep a close eye on the competitive landscape and adjust strategies accordingly
• Stay connected with affiliates and markets to gather feedback and share best practices

What makes you a great fit

• Degree in Business, Life Sciences or a related field
• Significant experience in global pharma marketing, ideally including launch preparation and execution
• Strategic mindset with hands-on drive to get things done
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
• Confident communicator in English – additional languages are a plus
• Experience with patient journey mapping, campaign development, and stakeholder engagement
• Proficiency in market research and project management
