Construction Manager (Site Agent)

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Construction Manager (Site Agent) to join our dynamic team for a major bridge repair project in Hong Kong. You will act as the critical link between the Project Manager and the on-site construction team, ensuring that planning, execution, and compliance are aligned with NEC contract standards and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the liaison between Project Manager and site operations team.

• Support project planning, team organization, and execution.

• Oversee daily site activities, ensuring safe and efficient operations.

• Manage contract execution in accordance with NEC contract requirements.

• Monitor production progress and ensure timely delivery of works.

• Ensure compliance with client requirements, safety standards, and project milestones.

Requirements

• Fluent Cantonese is essential.

• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in the construction industry.

• Holder of a Degree in Civil Engineering.

• Corporate Member of the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers (HKIE).

• Hands-on experience and strong knowledge of NEC contracts.

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
