A prestigious global investment firm is seeking an Executive Assistant (F/M) to provide high-level administrative support to the team. This role involves managing calendars, coordinating travel, organizing investor events, and maintaining investor records. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion. They will also engage with internal teams and external investors to ensure smooth communication and efficient support.

Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Manage calendars, travel, expenses, and meetings across time zones for the Capital Raising team.
- Travel & Expense Coordination: Arrange travel logistics and submit expense reports promptly.
- Event Coordination: Assist in organizing investor meetings, conferences, and roadshows.
- Data & Document Management: Maintain investor databases and CRM records; prepare and review investor documents, presentations, and reports.
- Task Prioritization: Anticipate team needs, prioritize tasks, and solve administrative issues proactively.
- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information discreetly.
- At least 5 years of experience as Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills, with an emphasis on client relations.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks with precision and efficiency.
- Fluency in English is mandatory, with additional languages being an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, and communication tools.
