Our client, a prestigious International Private Equity firm, is seeking an Investor Relations Administrator F/M for their Luxembourg office. This newly created role offers an exciting opportunity to join a globally recognized firm and support the growing Investor Relations team.
In this role, you will be a key liaison between Investor Relations and various departments. Your primary responsibilities will include managing investor queries, ensuring high-quality service, and providing essential support during fundraising activities. You will report directly to the Managing Director.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the investor mailbox, ensuring all queries are handled efficiently:
- Log and categorize investor requests in the CRM system.
- Respond to straightforward queries with guidance from the team.
- Redirect complex requests to the appropriate departments.
- Follow up on investor queries to maintain excellent service.
- Collaborate with the IR team and other departments to maintain and update the investor database.
- Provide access to the data room and manage administrative tasks related to investor documentation.
- Coordinate operational due diligence and Limited Partner (LP) meetings.
Candidate Profile
- University degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or Law.
- Proven administrative experience, ideally in the financial sector (private equity, banking, asset management).
- Fluent in English; French is a strong asset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word).
- Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with CRM systems and financial databases is a plus.
