Senior Compliance & ESG Officer F/M – 12-Month Contract 

We are representing a leading global asset manager with a strong presence in Luxembourg in the search for a Senior Compliance & ESG Officer for a 12-month contract. This key role supports the smooth operation of the local Compliance and ESG functions, combining regulatory expertise with oversight responsibilities and internal reporting. 

Key Responsibilities 

ESG: 

• Monitor ESG regulatory developments (e.g., SFDR, Articles 6/8/9) and advise internal stakeholders (RI, BD, PD teams). 

• Coordinate SFDR data reporting (pre-contractual and periodic) and ensure timely CSSF submissions. 

• Support ESG website disclosures and maintain the internal ESG guidebook. 

• Oversee the annual PAI statement review and ensure ESG policy alignment. 

• Actively participate in ESG-related committees and working groups (e.g., SFDR, RROC). 

Compliance: 

• Maintain ESG and regulatory documentation on internal portals. 

• Conduct compliance monitoring activities and ad hoc controls. 

• Review and update internal policies (Best Execution, Personal Transactions, etc.). 

• Coordinate SAQ and fund-specific regulatory reporting. 

• Support due diligence processes and internal/external audits. 

Profile 

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Compliance, Legal, or Audit within the Luxembourg fund industry. 

• Strong knowledge of ESG and fund regulations (SFDR, CSSF requirements). 

• Law degree preferred. 

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken. 

• Analytical, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
