We are currently recruiting a Team Leader Corporate Actions F/M for a leading bank.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing corporate actions processes, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
You will lead a dynamic team and oversee the end-to-end corporate actions workflow.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the corporate actions team to ensure smooth execution of events (dividends, mergers, stock splits, etc.)
- Oversee the timely processing and reconciliation of all corporate action events
- Provide expertise and leadership in managing fees management, ensuring accurate calculations and proper application of fees
- Liaise with various internal departments, such as risk, compliance, and operations, to ensure processes align with the bank’s policies
- Ensure that all activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal controls
- Handle escalations, complex cases, and client queries with professionalism and efficiency
- Regularly review team performance, provide coaching and support to improve skills and workflow efficiency
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in corporate actions management, with a strong understanding of financial markets and products
- Expertise in fees management and handling financial transactions related to corporate actions
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a track record of managing and motivating teams
- Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a commitment to meeting deadlines
- Knowledge and experience with Avaloq is crucial for this position
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
