Fleet Coordinator (F/M)

Our client, a world leader in vehicle and commercial vehicle rental, is looking for a Fleet Coordinator to play a key role in the management of their 5000 vehicles fleet in the BENELUX.

Responsibilities:

Manage and monitor the 50 vehicles per week entry/exit procedures in close collaboration with suppliers, insurance companies and your colleagues responsible for: negotiating prices and volumes; planning the life cycle of each vehicle; managing maintenance and repairs.

Profile:

    - Fluency in Dutch and French.
    - Organized and structured administrator profile.
    - Excellent communication skills.
    - You ideally have initial experience in the sector via car rental companies, dealers, importers and a sense of mobility.
