Our client, a fully digital bank, is looking for a Customer Service Officer to assist their customers with their online accounts.
Responsibilities :
Responsibilities :
- You will attract new customers by answering incoming calls and emails from customers to provide information about the bank's products and services;
- You will be responsible for being the first point of contact to answer and resolve customer queries;
- You will find solutions and explain them to the customers in the right way;
- You will communicate with the different departments of the company by email in order to escalate technical issues;
- You will follow up on client instructions, including payments, placement of transactions, transfer of investment portfolios, and opening and closing of accounts;
- You will support the Bank's marketing strategy through various campaigns focused on savings and wealth products.
- Previous experience in a customer service role will be considered an asset;
- You speak French, Dutch and English OR Dutch and English;
- You have an interest in the banking sector;
- You are motivated to learn and pass your Febelfin exam;
- You have excellent communication skills;
- You are flexible and willing to work flexible hours 9am-8pm and one Saturday every 5 weeks;
- An office easily accessible by public transport;
- The possibility to work from home 3 to 4 days per week;
- 37.5 hours per week;
