Title: Local Product Line Manager
Location: Taipei, Taichung or Kaohsiung
Subordinate: 11 staffs
Local Product Line Manager responsible for Commercial (sales support, tendering, operation) activities and Operations accountabilities with full accountability of running the day-to- day Operation and to overachieve customer expectations through lean, faultless operational execution (Care, Customer, Cost, Cash), in an extended value chain and at the lowest total cost.
Main Accountabilities:
• Responsible to execute a customer-focused Operations strategy derived from the overall business and functional strategy developed for the Division/BU/Hub.
• Accountable for its relentless execution.
• Owns and is accountable to deliver KPIs in line with our expectations.
• Accountable to deliver 4C targets for Operations: Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, Productivity.
• As applicable: deploys and manages Integrated Project Management system for Project Execution.
• Responsible for on-time/on-margin project execution and to deliver project EBIT and cash.
• Accountable to deliver COGS savings and all other Financial performance KPIs.
• Accountable to define and deliver the annual budgets for CapEx and OpEx expenses
• Accountable that all functions are properly organized, staffed and directed.
• Accountable to build an effective, capable and high-performing organization.
• Responsible to develop talent, review organizational effectiveness, performing competence assessments and continuous skill-upgrades.
• Responsible to ensure master data excellence, deploy manufacturing technology and engineering process standards and establish governance mechanisms to drive and ensure compliance.
• Adjusts Engineering and Manufacturing resources with workload – optimize use of Global Operating centers – as applicable.
Job Requirement:
EE/ME background is preferred.
At least 10 years working experience in Service and Operation, Project managment, and also with sales business sense.
At least 5 years people management experience
