The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for managing all administrative aspects of transportation, including delivery recording, coordination with transporters, and shipment organization. This role also involves invoicing deliveries, sending invoices to clients, and keeping customers informed about shipment status.
Main Tasks:
- Follow-up on orders
- Transfer orders to Production for Pick & Pack
- Organize and track transportation, shipments, and customs processes
- Record deliveries in the SAP system
- Create and issue sales invoices
- Send invoices to customers
- Administer and monitor all shipment-related activities
- Communicate proactively with customers regarding shipments, delays, and lead times
- Record and manage claims with shipping companies
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in international shipping, including handling shipping documents, quality certificates, and customs compliance
- Demonstrated experience with ERP systems such as Odoo, SAP, or Salesforce
- Professional-level proficiency in English for effective communication with clients based in the USA, Europe, and other international regions
- Minimum of 3–5 years of professional experience in a corporate environment
