Responsibilities
Requirement
- Develop and improve qPCR platform products, ensuring high-quality and reliable results. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate NGS and qPCR technologies.
- Design and optimize qPCR assays for various applications, including molecular diagnostics and research. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Provide technical guidance and support to customers, ensuring they achieve optimal results with qPCR platform products.
- Develop and implement quality control measures to ensure the accuracy and reliability of qPCR platform products. Collaborate with quality assurance teams to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and deliver training programs for customers and internal teams on qPCR platform products and NGS workflows.
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in qPCR and NGS technologies to provide expert guidance.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including R&D, manufacturing, and marketing, to ensure seamless product development and launch.
- Communicate effectively with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure successful product adoption and support.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for qPCR platform products, including those related to NGS and molecular diagnostics.
- Stay informed about regulatory changes and updates to maintain compliance.
- Manage projects related to qPCR platform product development, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of qPCR platform product development, testing, and validation.
- Prepare and present reports on product performance, technical issues, and regulatory compliance.
- Stay current with advancements in qPCR and NGS technologies to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Continuously evaluate and improve qPCR platform products and workflows to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
Requirement
- Ph.D. in life sciences, biological engineering, chemistry, or related fields.
- Rich research experience in molecular biology, biochemistry, or related fields, with in-depth understanding and experience in qPCR and NGS technologies.
- Good team leadership and management skills, able to effectively organize and coordinate team members' work.
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit, able to collaborate with colleagues from different professional backgrounds to solve problems and drive project progress.
- Good innovative ability and problem-solving skills, able to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
- Sensitive to technological developments and industry trends, able to adjust research strategies and directions in a timely manner.
