Recruitment Consultant - Paid internship

Morgan Philips Belgium is looking for its new intern to join its Executive Search and FYTE divisions in Belgium based in the heart of Brussels, for a 6 months period from January 2025 !
Our group is specialized in headhunting and recruitment, with a presence in 25 countries worldwide and 44 nationalities.


As a Recruitment Consultant you will have as main missions :

• Support our consultants in developing their client portfolio (through sales actions) and carrying out their recruitment assignments.
• Identifying, approaching and selecting the best candidates for specific recruitment assignments, based on our customers' needs.
• Develop and implement communication activities such as the writing of job advertisements and the creation of video clips to increase visibility on professional social networks.

This internship is an opportunity for you to :

Ideal profile :

• You have good command of English in addition to French or Dutch.
• You have good interpersonal skills, you're rigorous and and you're sales oriented.
• You don't take yourself seriously but you take the responsibilities entrusted to you with professionalism.
