What You'll Do
- Define and deliver the commercial strategy for the region
- Lead sales across all channels and product categories
- Identify growth opportunities in Agriculture and OE
- Improve operations, supply chain, and customer service
- Drive digital transformation (e.g., Salesforce)
- Lead and develop a high-performing team
- Ensure compliance and promote a strong safety culture
Your Profile
- Strong commercial leadership experience
- Background in specialty tires or related sectors (aftermarket, MRO, machinery)
- Proven P&L and operational management skills
- Strong in operations, digital transformation, and strategic planning
- Inspiring people manager with a strategic mindset
- Fluent in Dutch and English. French is a big plus.
- Willing to travel frequently across Benelux
