Senior Accountant - Freelance F/M

Our client, an Internationally Events Company known for its commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences, is currently undergoing a phase of expansion. In light of this growth, we are actively seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant in Freelance to join their dynamic finance team.

As a Senior Accountant, you will report directly to the CFO and play a pivotal role in managing all accounting matters related to the company's international growth. This includes overseeing projects integral to the expansion, such as ERP setup and the restructuring of accounting processes. Your expertise will contribute significantly to the financial success of the organization, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all financial operations.

• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
• Conduct periodic audits to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
• Manage and coordinate the preparation of all tax filings.
• You will also work on treasury aspects.
• Stay abreast of changes in tax regulations and ensure compliance.
• Oversee banking relationships and transactions.
• Foster a collaborative and efficient work environment.
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• You will be involved in the implementation of the new ERP system.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in accounting, with a focus on international financial accounting.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and taxation.
• Proficient in using ERP systems and financial software.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• You have a very good knowledge of French and English, Italian language would be a great asset.
