For one of our partners, a leading Financial Institutions in Belgium, we are seeking a seasoned Wealth Manager to join a specialized team focused on serving ultra-high-net-worth individuals with assets exceeding €30 million. This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of private, wealth and corporate banking, offering a holistic approach.
You will act as a trusted advisor, building long-term relationships and delivering bespoke solutions that span investments, lending, estate planning, and strategic wealth structuring. The role is embedded in a high-impact, growth-oriented team with direct access to internal experts and decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary relationship manager for a portfolio of UHNWi clients.
- Provide strategic advice across asset classes, including traditional investments, private equity, and alternative assets (e.g., art, horses).
- Collaborate closely with senior corporate bankers to align family and business wealth strategies.
- Leverage internal expertise to deliver tailored solutions.
- Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities through your network and market presence.
- Contribute to the ongoing refinement of the UHNWi proposition, including product development and client experience.
- Proven experience in private, corporate, or investment, with a strong preference for candidates with a private wealth focus.
- Deep understanding of the UHNWi landscape in Belgium, including familiarity with key families and their ecosystems.
- Strong hunter mentality with the ability to build and grow a client base.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate complex internal and external stakeholder environments.
- Fiscal-technical knowledge and comfort with sophisticated wealth structures.
- Fluent in English; Dutch and/or French are strong assets.
- A mature, senior professional who can operate autonomously and credibly at C-suite and family office levels.
- Someone who thrives in a results-driven, no-nonsense culture with a strong emphasis on client impact and delivery.
