Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for the daily management of the overseas energy storage market and overseas subsidiaries.

Responsible for the daily maintenance of overseas clients and the development of new demands.

Responsible for the overseas sales of energy storage products.

Lead the team to complete the sales targets and market expansion plans assigned by the company.

Conduct daily training and management of the sales team, and assist them in solving problems.

Continuously optimize the customer development and operation management processes.
Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or above, no specific major required.

Over ten years of team management experience and marketing experience in this industry or related industries, with at least five years of practical sales experience in Germany.

Willing to work long-term based in Germany.

Fluent in German (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) and able to use it as the primary working language; English as a secondary language.

Preferably with overseas sales experience in home energy storage, solar panels, and commercial/industrial storage.

Strong market insight and market analysis capabilities.
