Hudson is on behalf of Ipsos looking for a curious individual with an analytical mind who can help current and new clients to become successful within Innovation and speed to market. Ipsos provides a solid and unique research methodology as well as consultancy to help clients structure their innovation process and help size the real opportunities in an everchanging market. Ipsos portfolio of solutions cover digital innovation, behavioural science, social media, e-commerce as well as concept and product testing. Their clients are both within FMCG, Durable and Services. 
The successful candidate has a curious mind and is passionate about Innovation. You will be involved in everything from identifying new business opportunities, proactively drive the client dialogue, scope and sell projects, client management as well as delivering superior insights and intelligence to the client.

Key responsibilities:

  • Engage with and manage clients within Innovation
  • Position IPSOS within Innovation in the Danish market through winning new clients
  • Write top class proposals
  • Deliver top class insights and actionable recommendations to help clients be successful in their strategy and marketing decisions
  • Feel comfortable to do presentations for and workshops with stakeholders at all levels
  • Responsible for client relationship and client satisfaction for assigned clients and new business
  • Work with a team of colleagues within IPSOS (with different roles) to assure quality and management of the client in projects
  • Manage projects effectively and understand what drives profitability

Your profile
It takes passion, dedication and drive to excel in the role as Insight Director. It is important that you have an analytical mind that can help you put findings in its right context, foresee challenges and draw attention to solutions. You also need to have a good conceptual understanding of research techniques and principles as well as an in-depth understanding of marketing.
You should be able to understand the client environment, commercial issues, industry structures and societal context. A strong ability to multitask, prioritize and deliver against objectives as well as the ability to manage many different stakeholders within a project is equally important.
It will be a plus if you have a university degree within economic, marketing or innovation and at least 3 - 4 years of experience working with market research or a position as, for example, external or internal consultant within Innovation. It’s important that you have a flair for numbers. Your background can be FMCG or durable/services.
As they work with many international clients, strong English skills are required.  You should know the Danish market structure and need to be Fluent in Danish, both verbal and writing.
