Drive and support our ambitious transformational change journey across LEO Pharma as we execute on our 2025 strategy and move into a new league with new market conditions and requirements.

LEO Pharma has embarked on a very ambitious journey to become the world’s preferred dermatology care partner – and that is why we need you. We have recently introduced our 2025 strategy, which aims to accelerate our efforts within innovative therapeutics, while strengthening our established portfolio and global footprint in medical dermatology.

The transformation is ongoing, and it is pivotal to our future success and strategy execution that we enable our organization and leaders to deal with change. To facilitate and coordinate the global transformational change journey across the organization, we are looking for an ambitious and experienced Head of Global Change to lead and build the Global Strategic Change Center in our newly established Centre of Excellence Office.

The job is based in the LEO Pharma Headquarter in Ballerup, greater Copenhagen, Denmark.

Set the agenda and best practice frameworks for global change initiatives
As Head of Global Change, you will establish a Centre of Excellence for Global Strategic Change Management, where you and your team of 1-2 headcounts will provide support and further develop our approach to Change Management as a discipline. Our objective is to enable change related to the 2025 strategy and key strategic projects and other projects across the organization. This is only possible when we share a mutual understanding of change and can drive change through our leaders.

You and your team cover the entire life cycle as described in change models, from identification of change needs to planning, reinforcement and measuring success. Some of your main responsibilities will be to:

• Establish and lead the Global Strategic Change Management Center and establish a global network of change agents.
• Equip, engage and motivate leaders on the strategic change journey in close collaboration with the LEO Pharma Academy.
• Provide Change Management support in key strategic projects in close collaboration with the Global Project Management Office and Strategic Execution Office.
• Help define and continuously improve change management model (we use Prosci’s ADKAR® model) and embed it in the transformational work.
• Work closely together with and ensure communication about change progress to all relevant stakeholders while creating excitement and belief in the work being done.
• Facilitate the process of change story telling – cascaded across the global organization
• Identify barriers to change and design interventions and actions that will facilitate the cultural transformation.

Together with your new team, you will become role models and ambassadors of the LEO Pharma Strategy, paving the way for others by leading the strategic change within LEO Pharma. As it is a global role, you can yearly expect 10-30 travelling days.

Passionate about change and how change management enables growth and results
As a person, you are driven by a positive mindset and considered expert in the field of change. You are ambitious, proactive and comes with a creative and innovative approach, moreover you enjoy working in and contributing to an atmosphere of fun, high energy and dedication, and where ambiguity is part of it.

In your networking, you demonstrate skills in leading directly, in-directly and influencing leaders, and with a strong drive and willingness to working towards becoming a valued-adding contributor to both senior management and line of business. It comes natural to you to act as role model and ambassador and you can meet the “customers” where they are, and motivate, engage and move individuals and teams on their change journey. They experience you as having excellent and proven communication skills, with an ability to translate complex matters to executive communication.

Professionally, we expect you to hold the following qualifications:

• University degree and 8+ years from working with Change Management at a conceptual, strategic and operative level.
• Certification in Change Management and recognition as Change Management expert with proven track record from a strategic change function.
• Experience from having set the direction and executed Change Management organization-wide transformation programs.
• Experience from the pharmaceutical industry and with a solid understanding of key business and cross-functional drivers.
• Global perspective and cross-cultural working
• Experience as a manager and preferably combined with Project Management experience.
• Mastery in English, written and spoken.

Your new team
You will report directly to the Vice President, Global Strategy Execution & Change, and be a central player in a team of dedicated change managers that drives the global transformational change journey towards the 2025 strategy for LEO Pharma. Besides the Change Management Office, the area comprises a Strategy Execution Office focusing on execution and implementation of our global strategic initiatives for our 2025 strategy, a Learning Academy focusing on strategic competences and a Project Management Office that drives business projects across LEO Pharma.
