Accounts Payable Specialist

We are looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to play a key role in transforming the industry with sustainable and innovative products. You will be part of a global project supported by significant investments and focused on sustainability and excellence.

Your mission:
Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, you will have a pivotal role in financial management. Your responsibilities include:

• Verifying and processing vendor invoices.
• Recording and managing prepayments.
• Handling the backlog of vendor invoices.
• Assigning delivery notes to corresponding invoices.
• Managing the company’s leasing fleet.

What we’re looking for:

• Minimum of 3 years’ proven experience in Accounts Payable.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
• Proficiency with financial tools and a sharp eye for detail.
• An international mindset and fluency in English.
• Energy, proactivity, and a solution-driven approach.

Nice to have (but not mandatory):

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Familiarity with OCR tools.
• A passion for motorcycles and the biker lifestyle.
• Commitment to sustainability and reducing environmental impact.
