Ejecutivo Core Banking Modernization

EOur client, a leading player in the Professional Services industry, is seeking an experienced Executive Core Banking Modernization to join their dynamic team in Spain. This is an exciting opportunity to lead initiatives that drive core banking modernization and enhance client solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to develop and implement modernization strategies for core banking systems, ensuring alignment with their business objectives.
• Lead and manage core banking transformation projects from inception to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within scope and budget.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams, to facilitate effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide expert guidance on best practices in core banking systems, including architecture, data management, and integration processes. 
• Assist clients in managing the organizational change associated with core banking modernization, including training, support, and communication strategies.
• Identify potential risks and challenges related to core banking modernization initiatives and develop mitigation strategies in collaboration with clients.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience in core banking systems modernization or transformation projects, preferably within the financial services sector.
• trong understanding of banking operations, regulations, and best practices related to core banking systems.
• Excellent project management skills, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on strategic thinking and innovative solutions.

Additional Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a consulting or advisory role focused on banking modernization initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Professional certifications in project management or banking/financial servicesare advantageous.
• Fluency in both Spanish and English is required.
