Reporting to the HR Director, the Head of HR Operational Excellence is responsible for driving the efficiency and effectiveness of HR operations across the organization. This role will oversee Compensation & Benefits (C&B) / HR Controlling, HR Operations, and HR Digitalization & Data Management, ensuring that these functions are aligned with the overall HR strategy and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Management:
- Lead and manage the teams responsible for C&B / HR Controlling, HR Operations, and HR Digitalization & Data Management. Demonstrate strong leadership skills by inspiring and motivating the HR team, setting clear goals, and providing guidance and support to achieve high performance.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence within the HR function.
- Ensure alignment of HR operations with the strategic goals of the organization.
- Operational Excellence:
- Develop and implement strategies to improve HR processes, focusing on efficiency, standardization, and automation.
- Utilize Lean methodologies to drive process improvements and eliminate inefficiencies.
- Oversee the implementation of HR transformation projects, ensuring successful change management and adoption.
- Compensation & Benefits / HR Controlling:
- Ensure competitive and equitable compensation and benefits programs.
- Oversee HR budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations based on HR data and analytics.
- HR Operations:
- Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of HR administrative processes.
- Develop and maintain clear Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for HR services.
- Monitor and improve data accuracy in all HR systems.
- Customer Focus: Oversee the demand channeling process to ensure that HR services meet the needs and expectations of internal customers. Act as a liaison between HR and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues promptly.
- HR Digitalization & Data Management:
- Drive the digital transformation of HR processes, leveraging technology and data analytics.
- Ensure robust data governance and management practices.
- Implement and manage HR information systems and digital tools.
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
- Experience:
- Broad experience in at least two of the following areas: C&B / HR Controlling, HR Operations, HR Digitalization & Data Management.
- Proven experience in leading HR transformation projects.
- Experience in a multinational, highly matrixed organizations.
- Skills:
- Excellent leadership and management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Spanish C2. Proficiency in English (C1 level).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Customer Focus: Strong commitment to customer service and the ability to understand and meet the needs of internal customers.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in Lean methodology.
