We are looking for a dynamic and motivated professional to join the team of an international company as Human Resources Business Partner.
Reporting to the Director of People & Organization, the successful candidate will collaborate extensively with the Industrial Plant and other technical areas of the company. 

Main responsibilities:
  • Support and coach managers at all levels. Partner with managers across the board to develop HR strategies to support the business needs in areas such as performance, development, retention, and organization design.
  • Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties acting as a primary contact for managers and employees’ queries on HR related topics.
  • Maintain a strong focus on employee relations, performance management, engagement and retention activities including an understanding of compensation and benefits and development activity.
  • Participate in recruitment processes.
  • Design and delivery of appropriate training and development programs.
  • Design and ensure the on boarding processes of new hirings.
  • Support the standardization of processes and best practice.
  • Member of the Plant Health & Safety Committee.
  • Participation in internal audits.
Required profile:
  • BSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in similar positions, preferably in science-driven companies, and in touch with industrial plants.
  • Applicant Tracking System experience.
  • Fluency in English.
