Mission:
The National Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding market presence across the country. Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven experience (8-12 years) in sales management, particularly within the construction materials industry.
- Strong understanding of the flooring market dynamics and customer needs.
- Excellent relational skills, with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and distributors.
- High proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
Responsibilities:
