Tasks:
- Lead the channel and the team (1 Influencer Marketing Manager)
- Agency selection & lead
- Campaign Performance Tracking
- Develop and implement influencer marketing strategies
- Identify key trends and opportunities in influencer marketing.
- Budget Management (up to 7 digits)
- Reporting and Analysis
- Refine strategies based on data insights
Profile:
- Minimum 5 years in influencer marketing, with a proven-track record in delivering strong growth
- Fluent in English, German skills are not mandatory
- Proficient in analyzing and optimizing campaign performance
- Exceptional organizational skills, able to handle multiple campaigns at once
- Skilled in using influencer marketing tools and platforms
- Flexible in responding to changes in trends and the influencer environment
