Support Consultants (Successfactors)

Our client, an important international IT consultancy firm, is looking for Support Consultants (Successfactors).

Main functions: ​

• Process customer requests in accordance with Support procedures and in compliance with service quality standards ​
• Analyze the problems and find the best solution for the client​
• Formalize written answers, possibly accompanied by telephone explanations
• Support the activities of the project teams to continue to improve your skills and participate in the growth of the company

Profile:

Higher education, in Computer Science or in Human Resources
You have at least a first experience working in a HRIS environment. ​
You want to accelerate your career by integrating the world of cloud and a forward-looking business.
You are good communicator and motivated to join us.​
You speak French and fluent English.

As part of your integration you will benefit from training and certification to quickly integrate international projects. ​
