For a major multinational information solutions consulting firm, we are seeking a Business Development Account Manager. This individual will be responsible for fostering long-term relationships with clients and driving the company's expansion.

- Responsible for supporting and developing current and prospective accounts.
- Collaborate with consulting resources to assist clients in achieving their objectives by offering a range of products and solutions tailored to their needs and situations.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our solutions, client base, and best practices.
- Network effectively across client departments to develop value-added relationships that demonstrate a clear understanding of the client industry, business issues, and short- and long-term needs.
- Engage with the market to understand business issues and establish associated value for different market segments.
- This role is a consultative sales and business development position, requiring the ability to develop and foster long-term relationships by establishing yourself as a "trusted advisor" to customers.
- Work closely with the account management teams to provide business development support for new sales opportunities and tender activities, managing the process from lead through to close.
- Serve as the voice of the customer to inform the product roadmap and customer-facing business strategies.
- Extensive experience in sales, with a strong focus on business development, opening new markets and segments. Similar experience in a B2B solutions-oriented organization, balancing short-term goals with sustainable value creation for large accounts and future demand.
- Highly seasoned professional with experience in sales across different channels (direct, indirect, digital, etc.). Experience in building and developing new channels is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, customer service orientation, initiative, organization and planning abilities, versatility, and results orientation.
- A portfolio of clients is highly valued.
- Extensive knowledge of the financial services and banking industries.
- English intermediate-advanced level
- Proficiency in Google Suite package management
