Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance strategies to ensure operational continuity and equipment reliability across our production lines.

- Technical Oversight: Oversee preventative and predictive maintenance programs, implement best practices, and ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience: Minimum 10 years in maintenance management, preferably within the food and beverage industry, with a proven track record in remote or isolated industrial sites.
- Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of manufacturing machinery, industrial equipment, and best practices in maintenance.
- Leadership: Excellent people management skills, with the ability to lead teams in challenging environments.
