The Role
- Transaction and document management
- Complex drafting
- Client management
- Negotiation of transaction documentation
What the client are looking for
- 2 - 4 years' Post Qualified Experience in general banking and finance/ real estate finance/ structured and debt finance/ restructuring and Islamic finance
- England & Wales Qualified
