My client are a global consultancy who are leaders in many of the fields they service.
This role will devise and implement the career pathways to and from key roles within the company. This role by its nature will be very fluid and will evolving, areas of initial focus will be:
  • Support the transition from graduate program to roles within the business (often fee earning)
  • Develop talent pools with generalist skills in order to support a variety of practices and markets
  • Working closely with Business Unit heads identify individuals to step into project manager and director roles, and support this transition
  • Build effective working relationships with all levels within the organisation, to provide clear guidance on career pathways and development
You will need to identify key knowledge, skills and abilities for each target role, and use appropriate screening methods to help access the potential of individuals in these roles. Once identified, you will work closely with L&D to make sure appropriate learning is in place.
