** New Role in the Business **
Morgan Philips Recruitment bring to the market this fantastic new role within our of our key clients in the Commercial Cleaning & Facilities Management Industry. Our client is a Contract Cleaning business who specialise in high end venues, offices and restaurants, this is a newly created role with a view to lifting even higher the bar on how our client engages with and maintains high statisfaction with their client base.
The joy of a newly created role is that the successful applicant can absolutely mould the role into what they believe it could/should be. It is more often than not much more rewarding than continuing what has always been done before - but of course its a big, exciting challenge to have all that autonomy. This role doesn't involve as much travel as most of the mid-senior roles we recruit for them, so we can offer the candidate a hybrid of working from home and in the client's main offices in Clapham, South London.
Skills required here are someone who has a talent for reading data we have gathered internally across our 40+ multi-site clients in 10 different industries; then using that data to problem solve. In this instance is perhaps looking at the data of client complaints, looking for any trends and then liaising with your own internal team and the client to implement a process that would fix this issue. In many ways its a really simple concept and extremely rewarding too as you will see fast improvement based on your actions. It does all come down however to the ability to read the data and then follow through with a remedial strategy.
Good at reading data, good at creating reports, good communicator both internally and externally and good at finishing something if you start it. That one sentence from our client really encapsulates the whole skill-set required quite succinctly in my opinion.
I don't think we essentially need someone from a Contract Cleaning / FM background provided you can offer examples of using data to make decisions and implement change processes. Cleaning / FM knowledge would however be a natural advantage.
The role is salaried at £35000 a year with a 10% performance related bonus, paid quarterly. If any very occasional travel was required the cost of this is fully reclaimable. We would prefer a candidate who has a driving license for this position.
