What are the responsibilities of our Consulting/Practice Manager?

• Build and manage a team of consultants to recruit top quality candidates and place them in companies with critical staffing challenges
• Develop and lead a communication touch plan for the team to build and maintain relationships proactively
• Achieve overall team productivity objective
• Build a healthy portfolio of new and repeat clients for the practice
• Build the brand image and professional credibility of the practice in the market

Who succeeds in this role?

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline or above
• At least 5 years’ working experience in recruitment, preferably with team management experience
• Goal oriented, highly competitive nature and success driven
• Able to manage, coach, inspire the team as a credible recruitment professional and team leader
• Strong work ethic and sense of commitment
• Strong communication skills in English
