Morgan Philips have partnered with our key client, a global services group, in their effort to recruit a Continuous Improvement (CI) Leader. They are looking for a CI expert who is a seasoned agent of change, one with a business partnering approach and who can influence and challenging colleagues and leaders to think and behave differently and embrace a CI mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reporting to the Global CI Head and working within an established and growing team
• The role will encompass managing, identifying, prioritising, driving and delivering full end-to-end CI initiatives across finance and operations
• Controlling the change management processes during the transformation programme
• Working collaboratively to delivery productivity savings during project delivery
• Collaborate with business and function heads to identify, review, document and prioritise CI, automation and re-engineering opportunities.
• Ensuring that all improvements align with the strategic goals of the programme and business
• Design and deliver workshops to identify improvement opportunities,
• Run CI events and focus groups
• Set objectives, timelines, resource plans, ensure robust control measures and agree follow ups
• Utilises project, CI and agile and Lean Six Sigma methodology
• Build an internal network of CI and subject matter expert champions within the finance and operations teams, including coaching them on methodology
• Work closely with the Internal Controls and Governance team
• Full end-to-end - from requirements gathering, analysis, design, process mapping, testing, delivery and training during the transformation
• Ensuring compliance within the control framework, CI framework, change policy, documentation standards and risk framework

Prior Experience:

• The successful candidate will be either a Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt (or equivalent)
• A seasoned CI and change professional, ideally gained in a large finance and operations environment or shared service centre
• Subject matter expertise of various CI techniques and tools
• A successful track record in full end-to-end design and delivery of high productivity, process enhancement and cross-functional reengineering that included full end-to-end experience
• A people person with the confidence and ability to negotiate and influence at all levels
• Stakeholder management - from operations through to executive level
• Thrives within large scale change and transformation
