A leading  multinational company in its sector, needs to incorporate into its UK office a COUNTRY MANAGER that will be responsible for developing and implementing sales and marketing strategy.
Responsible for:
  • Responsible for the development and implementation of the Business Plan of the Subsidiary.
  • Responsible for the development and monitoring of the annual budget.
  • Must therefore take responsibility for the Operational procedures (WH, logistics, CS…).
  • Responsible for managing the sales subsidiary in Mkt, sales and customer service.
  • Define and consolidate the objectives defined by the Company at the local level.
  • Support the sales forces, defining and assigning objectives, and analyzing the results and mitigating deviations.
  • Support the marketing team, reviewing the correct forecasting and controlling the stock levels to have the correct coverage.
  • Support the finance team, Supervising cash flow, budgets, accruals and P&L.
  • Take responsibility for the income statement, analyzing returns and defining pricing.
  • Search for business opportunities.
Develop the Marketing and Sales Plan together with the Sales Manager and the Product Manager:
  • Definition of commercial areas.
  • Definition of target.
  • Definition and consolidation of the necessary to achieve organizational objectives.
  • Defining and building the proper distribution network.
  • Defining a Product launches plans & a Promotional Product Plan per channels.
  • Securing the pricing policy.
  • Securing the promotional policy.
  • Lead the teams of marketing, sales, finance and customer service.
  • Find new categories alliances and business opportunities.
Degree in Economics or Business Administration
Complementary Education: MBA or similar
Minimum experience of 10 years in FMCG (MTK and / or SALES).
Minimum experience of 5 years as head of a commercial direction of a consumer product company (FMCG).
Experience in managing commercial and / or marketing teams.
Valuable experience in negotiating with distributors and Key accounts.
Spanish: Native
English: Fluent
