The Customer Service Advisor role involves handling inbound calls and emails from customers, solving queries to ensure the customer is satisfied with the outcome and service provided. Having customer service experience within similar roles is required to apply for this position.

Base salary between £23,000 and £26,000 depending on experience, within a growing company with potential for progression.

You will be working a 40 hour contract, Monday to Friday between 8-5pm onsite.
