London City Based Trading firm seek a Desktop Support Engineer. Provide 1st/2nd line technical support; in-person, phone, emails and tickets. You MUST have experience supporting Office 365, Active Directory knowledge. IT administration tasks for macOS, iOS, and tvOS devices. Jamf Apple device management solution to configure and automate IT administration tasks for macOS, iOS, and tvOS devices. Microsoft Teams / WebEx Microsoft Intune for cloud-based management solution. MS Exchange Server Administration of 2016 and 2019. Good knowledge of RSA Authentication Manager (Software Tokens) & Cisco AnyConnect (VPN), Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CallManager).Good experience with Microsoft technologies across the board i.e. Windows 10 and the Office suite.  Good knowledge of LAN/WAN networks, TCP/IP protocols and network technologies.  Manage physical network devices and printers. Server Exposure, AD, file/print servers, Exchange. Mobile Computing -  iPhone, iPad, Android mobile setup and configuration, MDM experience. Virtualization (VMware). Symantec Endpoint Protection AV. Ability to Build and configure new PCs/laptops. Core business hours for coverage are 07:00 to 18:00 and covered with a shift pattern, Monday to Friday and support is required for weekend and evening work. Assist with new PC / Laptop set-up, configuration & deployment. Configure, test, deploy and troubleshoot a varied range of software applications from standard business applications to more specialist software. Support users remotely and in the office. Manage the joiners/leaver process. Support their video conference system (Polycom & Cisco). Log all calls in the call logging system and finally PC imaging
