Morgan Philips are delighted to be working with a great business to hire this brand new role of Early Careers Lead who will be managing the agenda and pathways across EMEA and ownership of the development and deliverables of the school leaver, apprentice and graduate pipelines. You will also provide direction and learning solutions to key sponsors, stakeholders and strategic business units on local market needs, early career trends and requirements to ensure the attraction and engagement of candidates across EMEA, whilst building the career brand as a first choice employer. This new role demonstrates the commitment to the growth and development of the people  that will support the business on their journey to hire and retain great talent who will build their careers with us and become future leaders.

The early talent programmes are still in their infancy, things are ever-changing and you’ll be able to play and manage a pivotal role in influencing initiatives such as what will the graduate programme look like – ensuring it’s a compelling, relevant and fulfilling offering for current and future candidates.This is a fantastic role for an early careers lead who is passionate about people and the early careers space. You will have confidence and experience in designing exciting learning pathways – whilst enjoying a more strategic approach and building relationships both externally and internally.

You will be working alongside members of the Learning and Development and People team as well as business unit leads and Talent Acquisition who support in all the recruitment administration. 
Specifically you will:
•    Act as primary point of contact for individuals to ensure exceptional end-to-end delivery of graduate, school leaver and apprenticeship programmes
•    Manage any and all professional qualification support that is required by employees across EMEA
•    Design and delivery of early careers learning offering in collaboration with the wider Learning Team
•    Enable high performance in role through regular contact with consultants and their project and performance managers – helping to update and maintain our performance management process
•    Enable feedback loop with relevant people to address any performance concerns
•    Work collaboratively with other members of the People team and relevant teams to build sense of community for early careers population through events, socials, committees, etc.
•    Manage onboarding & offboarding processes for new joiners & leavers ensuring a seamless welcome to the business and a sense of identity 
•    Lead in creating and maintaining a strong employer brand
•    Manage individual’s wellbeing and flagging any challenges
•    Creation and implementation of new processes and policies
•    Management of induction days and events for early careers joiners, such as our ACA programme

Ideal Skillset
Strong experience within the early careers space, with a genuine passion for early careers and people.
•    Financial Services or Professional Services background ideal
•    Knowledge and experience of academic, vocational and non vocational levels
•    Demonstrated ability in building strong stakeholder relationships and networks
•    Collaborative, respectful and inclusive individual
•    Proven experience in managing the apprenticeship levy, gov funding requirements and designing learning that meet regulations compliance 
•    Ability to make decisions, problem solve and demonstrate agility 
•    Excellent programme management and organisational skills
•    Good understanding of tendering and working with third parties and providers
•    Strong communication and influencing skills that ensures buy in and results
•    Prior experience of supporting on the ACA or ACCA qualification highly advantageous
