Morgan Philips are searching for an HR Business Partner to join an exciting global brand in Surrey for a 3 to 6 month contract paying up to £75,000 per annum.

The role of HR Business Partner will support the delivery of a progressive people agenda across the business. They have exciting change agenda for its people and culture with the ambition to create an environment where they excel. This is a pivotal role in supporting the development of a local people plan aligned to the overarching people strategy that directly supports enhancing the performance and productivity. The is a very fast-paced environment with a flat structure so it's important you are happy to roll up your sleeves at an operational level.

This role will be support the management and will operate at an operational and strategic level of business partnering. As a commercial business orientated HR practitioner, you will foster relationships through a strong understanding of the team’s operation and challenges by delivering a direct, high impact service.

The successful candidate will be an HR Business Partner with a strong track record working with a high touch client group. You will have strong influencing and stakeholder skills, and should comfortable sometimes working with complex personalities. CIPD Level 7 is a necessity for this role as is a solid background in commercial organisations.
