The role will support the Head of Business Partnering across a varied portfolio of HR projects, as well as having a direct responsibility for 2-3 business units, with a total headcount of circa 300-400 people.
The role will provide excellent expsoure to the most senior levels of the business and real opportunity to partner and influence the people agenda.
Examples of projects alongside the day to day would be, onboarding, performance, diversity, CSR and wellbeing.

Profile description:
To be successful in this role you must have:
* Strong technical HR experience particularly performance management
* Strong Diversity & Inclusiveness experience
* A professionally qualification is desirable. A post graduate qualification in a Business or Human Resource discipline is desirable
* The ability to act as counsel to junior colleagues
* Resilience and the gravitas to be able to pick up challenging work and dealing with senior stakeholders.
