Working for a leading pharmaceutical company based in Surrey as a HR Payroll Manager. This role is paying £29 per hour ltd or PAYE and for 3 months initially looking to start in April. At present this role will be working virtually at home using Skype but when things change to be based in Surrey.
Key responsibilities:
To effectively manage and lead a team of payroll officers and facilitate the smooth running of the company's Payroll Services and transition to NGA Payroll. You will be working in the HR team.
Moving from ADP to NGA payroll provider and be able to help with the transition. Be main point of contact for the new payroll provider.
Be able to manage and lead a small team and has worked with a similar change process.
Must be able to:
* NGA knowledge and experience is an essential requirement.

* Experience of Payroll oversight e.g. NIC, tax codes etc.
* Knowledge of SAP/ NGA/ADP payroll systems would be ideal. As well as HRX is desirable.
* Proven compliance expertise ; to understand and comply with industry laws and relevant regulations i.e. pensions.
* Demonstrable examples of ability to proactively promote best practice and knowledge sharing.
* Proven ability to influence, (appropriately) challenge and engage diverse senior
