Working for a high profile law firm as a Internal Communications Engagement Adviser this role is a permanent role based in London paying up to £38K plus benefits.
Key activities/responsibilities
  • Support with the design and delivery of firmwide culture and engagement initiatives.
  • Manage and build relationships with internal stakeholders across all levels.
  • Assist with survey data analysis and reporting.
  • Write all communications for culture activities, including liaising with the Internal Comms colleagues to build awareness of ongoing projects and celebrate successes
  • Monitor the success of culture activities by collecting and reviewing regular updates and data internally
  • Seek out new ideas for culture activities and other related projects.
  • Work collaboratively to support the implementation of local and global culture and engagement events and initiatives through partnering with key stakeholders from wellbeing, sustainability and working with HR
Skills and experience – essential
  • Experience of supporting on culture and/or engagement projects in a law firm or professional global organisation.
  • Strong analytical skills working with internal teams.
  • Highly motivated and organised with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft suite, primarily Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • High degree of written, oral and digital communication skills.
  • Creative thinker, able to see problems from different angles and suggest alternative solutions.
  • Able to work effectively across all levels of the firm.
